My comment = why?
Why is there a need for bestowing such a degree on him. No offense meant. But if he indeed has made a significant difference in let’s say humanities (which was the degree awarded), then by all means, go ahead and give him that honor. But please, look! A lot more people are contributing MORE to society but are not given such merits. Let’s see… just because he is a very famous personality in sports… and even though he contributed to Filipino pride, it’s ok to do that? Geez. Just… err.. nah… no more comment.
