Ted Failon was interviewing the undersecretary of the LTFRB regarding this issue because it seems other related groups (i.e. transport groups, human rights groups) were not informed regarding this new system. The undersecretary was asked when a public hearing about the RFID system was held and he couldn&#039;t give a definite answer, instead opting to say &quot;I can&#039;t remember when, but we definitely had one.&quot; :&#124; How convenient. </description>
